About JoAnn Gibson

JoAnn Gibson, Founder and President of Non-Stop Customer Service, is an extraordinary trainer, consultant and polished speaker. She has a passion for customer service and it's evident in everything she does. She has more then 30 years of hands-on knowledge from the corporate arena and as a business owner. Her vast experience base encompasses corporate, private, volunteer and community environments. She focuses on influencing attitude and uses a values-based approach, uncommon techniques, and strategies outside of mainstream methods.

JoAnn was honored as one of the 2006 Top 10 Michigan Women in Business by the Greater Detroit Chapter of The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO®). In addition she has received awards for Leadership, Community Service, Outstanding Contributions, and more.
